Growth course at matelso: three new employees in Sales and Customer Care

Kaiserslautern/Germany, February 1, 2024 – The development of the Kaiserslautern-based MarTech company matelso is constantly progressing. This is reflected not only in the groundbreaking Software-as-a-Service solutions in the areas of Call Tracking and Multichannel Communication & Lead Management, but also in the ongoing strategic expansion of the team. In particular, founder & CEO Frank G. Froux is focusing on strengthening expertise in the areas of customer care and sales. He is now pushing these two business areas with three experienced specialists: Ranja Juarez (47) in Customer Care and Michael Grubert (37) and Shyqeri Berisha (27) in Sales. All three will contribute their specific expertise to the company with immediate effect in order to strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty and to open up new sales opportunities in national and international markets.

The appointment of Juarez, Grubert and Berisha is a further strategic building block in the tech company’s ambitious growth strategy. Frank G. Froux, Founder and CEO of matelso, expresses his enthusiasm about the new team members: “The arrival of Ranja, Michael and Shyqeri at matelso reflects our ambition to be a leader in the SaaS and marketing software market. About the three people

Ranja Juarez joins the matelso consulting team with immediate effect in the position of Customer Care Specialist. She will contribute her extensive expertise in the areas of service and customer care, paired with a great deal of empathy and a goal-oriented hands-on mentality. Always with the aim of solving her customers’ challenges quickly and enthusiastically. In her role as the central point of contact for existing matelso customers, she will make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Ranja Juarez previously worked at Arxum GmbH in Kaiserslautern as Sales Manager and at Momomobil in Spangdahlem as Office Manager and in Customer Service.

Also new on board is Michael Grubert, who joins matelso as Sales and Account Manager with an impressive 18 years of sales experience and proven expertise in social media management. His main task is to build bridges between existing and potential customers and the company and to drive NewBizz forward. Before joining matelso, he worked as a media consultant at Euro Radio Saar GmbH in Saarbrücken, where he drove the digital development of sales. Before that, he worked in marketing for the bigFM brand at Radiocom S.W. GmbH in Ludwigshafen.

And the youngest of the bunch: Shyqeri Berisha. He also joins matelso as Sales and Account Manager and brings fresh perspectives and technical know-how to the sales team. With several years of experience in all aspects of sales, he has valuable insights into sales strategies and negotiation skills. His dedication and passion for technology and software will foster close and regular communication with customers and prospects, which will contribute to increased customer loyalty. Before joining matelso, he worked as a key account manager at Adecco and Randstad, among others. There he looked after well-known customers such as Amazon.

These new appointments are just one element of the strategic development of the software company matelso. CEO Frank G. Froux had already set the course to position his company’s MarTech solutions more strongly in the market – with efficient organizational structures in the areas of Solution Management & Consulting and Marketing Communication (MarCom). In addition, matelso moved into its new company building in Kaiserslautern at the beginning of last October – the matelso Inspiration Hub.
