Bill Treasurer, the founder of Giant Leap Consulting, who has worked with thousands of leaders in the U.S. and beyond, including NASA, eBay, Lenovo, UBS Bank, Saks Fifth Avenue, and many more. His new book is Leadership Two Words at a Time: Simple Truths for Leading Complicated People. Since its inception in 2002, Giant Leap has designed, developed, and delivered comprehensive leadership succession programs that are designed to deepen your organization’s bench strength. He is also the author of The Courageous Leadership Training Guide, the world’s only off-the-shelf facilitator training program, and his courage-building workshops have been taught to thousands of executives in eleven countries on five continents. Prior to founding Giant Leap Consulting, Bill served as an executive in Accenture’s change management and human performance practice, eventually becoming the $35 billion company’s first full-time internal executive coach. Bill attended West Virginia University on a full athletic scholarship for springboard diving and earned his master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay.
