In Alibaba Group since 2019, Davide has been part of Alibaba.com Business Development team for the Italian market of until 2022. During these 3 years, he contributed to the development of the Alibaba.com platform by helping local companies in the process of digitization and internationalization of their B2B business. He followed the establishment and development of several partnerships between Alibaba.com and Italian players of different nature, always with the aim of adding value to the companies that chose to enter Alibaba.com. Between 2022 and early 2023, he oversaw the Alibaba.com Select project, an Alibaba.com initiative dedicated to medium and large buyers. Prior to Alibaba.com, Davide worked in FMCG sector at Barilla Group, one of the leading Italian food companies, at first in the sales team and then as Trade Marketing Professional
