As Executive Director of Business Enabling at SEVEN PRINCIPLES AG, I have been responsible for central functions and business process optimi-zation of since February 2016. Until January 2016, I was managing direc-tor of the Hinnerwisch publishing group, which has its core-business in "local search" advertising for name brands such as "Das Örtliche" and "Das Telefonbuch". My main objective was to transfer the traditional business model into a sustainable digital business. My experience in the media sector is complemented by many years of successful work in both medium and large-sized national and international IT companies. As a result, I am proficient in a broad range of business areas, including marketing, business development, consulting, sales, and business process optimisation, although my passion is still found in the marketing area: brand marketing, communications, PR, and product mar-keting. These skills are further complemented by my expertise in the de-velopment of digital products and markets, as well as in the leadership of various virtual and international teams. My strengths include not only my high motivation and determination, my analytical skills, and the ability to work successfully in complex environ-ments, but also my skills in the interpersonal sector.
