When you look at culture in the sense of communities ( nations, groups), It is a vital determining factor of how that community reacts, responds, and grows. Culture plays a significant role in the lives of everyone in a community. It gives people a sense of belonging, especially when everyone speaks the same language and not necessarily in a literal way. Corporate culture is not much different. It provides people with a sense of belonging and commitment, and when a company has a positive culture and people are working towards a common goal, the company will grow. But many companies now need help to rediscover or redefine their culture. As we moved from an office environment to a virtual one and then to a hybrid one, many companies’ cultures were shifted or even lost.
