As many Belgian SMBs had to adapt to the new needs of their customers due to the COVID-19 outbreak, they are facing a lot of complications to their businesses. FRC Media, company behind pagesdor.be, created a platform noustravaillons.be to bring together the many distinct initiatives and support Belgian SMEs. In the platform, consumers can quickly find a local company that is still working or providing a suitable service during the COVID-19 crisis. The platform’s function is to keep the businesses active during the period, mitigate losses, and retain customers. The database is open and businesses can ask to be added to it.
