What does the future hold for your brand online, and what can you do to prepare? In this session, we’ll explore the history of AI and NLP, how they’re impacting the martech stack, and the steps brands can take to deliver great experiences today and tomorrow.

Keynote from Toni Nadal

Session sponsored by Yext

Toni Nadal is a spanish tennis coach. He started working at the Manacor Tennis Club as Head Coach, where he led many of his pupils to the first places in the Spanish ranking.
He has been Rafa Nadal’s mentor and coach for 27 years. At present, he is Head Coach of the Rafa Nadal Academy.

Toni has always seen himself more as a mentor than as a coach. He believes a sportsman should develop three main aspects: technical skills, character and the right set of values.
As a coach, he has the best track records in the history of tennis:
-74 tournaments, in total.
-16 Grand Slam tournaments: 10 Roland Garros, 3 US Open, 2 Wimbledon and 1 Astralian Open.
-4 Davis Cups.
2 Olympic Games.

At present, Toni Nadal combines his work as Head Coach at the Rafa Nadal Academy with his job as a speaker for sport coaches, universities and companies.

He talks about dealing with adversity, about attitude, simplicity, self-demand, respect, compromise, self-improvement, coping with failure and about not glorifying success.

An example of Digital Transformation-Digital Agenda Spain 2025

Spain’s government has approved the 2021-2025 SME digitalization plan. Over 4.6 billion euros will be invested by the public sector and will directly impact 1.5 million SMEs. The objective of this plan is to integrate digital technologies into the business models of SMEs in Spain as a catalyst for change that will help face future and current crises like COVID-19.
The 2021-2025 SME digitalization plan is a response to the Digital Agenda Spain 2025 which includes the digitalization of SMEs as one of its ten priorities.
Small and medium companies in Spain must modernize and more widely digitalize their business processes. There are many important areas to develop that could make companies more resilient and flexible during crises including: e-commerce, cloud services, and big data analysis.
The introduction of digital technology will allow SMEs to be competitive with new business models adopted by larger firms and will improve their productivity. Digitalization will also help to diminish social, geographical and gender disparities in Spain.

Keynote : Digital Transformation as an attitude

Digitalisation is forcing professionals and companies to reinvent themselves in order to make the most of the opportunities that arise and to avoid the threats of the changing environment. For many, the adoption of new technology is the driver of change, but in this type of transformation process it is much more important the individual and collective attitude to accept and obtain the benefits of the changes. In the end, technology is only an enabler and not the ultimate goal of the transformation. During his keynote, Vicente de los Ríos, an expert in digital transformation and former executive in the DQ business (he was responsible for Telefónica de España 118xy Services and White Pages) will present to the audience how to approach a digital transformation process based on 4 key questions that any executive must answer at this time:
• • Why do we need to transform ?
• Why do we need to transform ?
• What do we have to do to transform our company?
• How do we succeed in the transformation ?
