Vicente de los Rios, CEO of Líderes y Digitales, business advisor, professor, mentor and lecturer in the field of Digital Transformation, Personal Reinvention and Leadership. He has extensive international experience in leading major transformation processes in the telecommunications and internet business thanks to his 25-year career at Telefónica. His last responsibility at Telefónica was Global Director of Digital Channels, a position from which he leaded the project of its transformation in the 17 countries where Telefónica has a presence. As Director of the Online Channel of Telefónica in Spain, he was responsible for its transformation, including the integration of the fixed and mobile businesses, the change of the brand to Movistar and the launch of attention in Social Media. He was also Director of the Consumer Business of Telefónica in the Valencian Community, Murcia and the Balearic Islands, including its stores and call centers, from which position he led the launch of Movistar Fusión and the deployment of the Fiber Optic and 4G network in the aforementioned regions. He also led the transformation of directory and information services (11818, 11822 and 11825, the White Pages) following the liberalization of 1003 in 2003. He is the creator and director of the Executive Program in Digital Transformation of EOI Business School (School of Industrial Organization, Spanish oldest business school), which since November 2016 has accumulated 30 editions in Madrid, Seville, Malaga, Tenerife, Santander and the Dominican Republic. He has been Non-Executive Director for the online travel agency Rumbo, a leader in the Spanish market.
