Startup Session – Berlin

What is this workshop about?

Siinda’s Startup Success program was launched in Tel Aviv in 2023. Our goal is to give you exposure to the best practices that lead to Startup Success. In this ½ day workshop you will be exposed to Startup success stories, best practices and meet some of Berlin’s influencers in the Startup Scene. Founders will also receive free access to The Siinda Startup Science Planform, which shares with you the best practices from Silicon Valley to Tel Aviv.

Attendee agrees to these terms and conditions with ticket purchase.

Conference attendees will receive regular email communication regarding industryupdates, event-related information, promo material, and online content provided within the conference.

Conference attendees agreed that Siinda would create and provide attendees access to the conference app based on their registration information for notification purposes.

All credit card payments will be charged with an additional 3% credit card fee of the final amount.

All conference invoices must be paid prior the conference start.

Cancellation up to 30 days before the event: 50% of the total of the invoice will be due.

Cancellation within 30 days before the event: the total amount of the invoice will be due, and no refund will be made.

Changes or cancellations must be submitted to Siinda in written form.

VC and investors expectations , by APX accelerator

Mor leads the business development and corporate partnerships team at APX, the earliest-stage VC in Berlin backed by Axel Springer and Porsche. In her role, she creates strategic synergies at the intersection between corporates, SME’s and innovative companies, connecting them with APX's portfolio companies. In addition, she is the major driving force behind the APX event series "VCs for female founders. Mor previously led the European startups program of the EU, built the mobility start-up community in Israel at EcoMotion, and scouted German start-ups to Israel at hub:raum by Deutsche Telekom and served at the Israeli Defense Force as an officer and managed all aspects of human resources of more than 800 soldiers and commanders in a field unit.

Mor holds a Double Bachelors Degree in International Relations and the Middle East and Islamic Studies, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.

Universities involvement : The Berlin Startupservice at Humboldt University

Katja has been working as a startup consultant for startups that want to start their own business out of the university since 2012. She is the deputy head of the Startupservice at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and her focus is mainly on the topic of Female Founder. From 2016 to 2020, she introduced the Berliner Startup Stipendium for the Startup-Incubaotors of the Berlin University Alliance "Science & Startups". She works together with politics, business and science to bring more knowledge from the university to the market, always keeping in mind to increase the rate of Female Founders in particular and with a focus on teams that impact the world positively with their ideas.
