John Lamphiere is Regional Vice President EMEA & APAC at ActiveCampaign. In his role, he is responsible for the Vision, Strategy and growth of the business in both regions. ActiveCampaign is a CXA platform managing 145K customers across 170 countries. Prior to this, he held the position of Vice President & Managing Director EMEA/LATAM at Glassdoor. In his role, he is responsible for all elements of Glassdoor's International Business (Consumer and Commercial). This includes general management of sales, marketing (B2B & B2C), operations, policy, customer success and international product teams. John also holds a number of board positions including a board member at IBEC - Technology Ireland Prior to this John led many global functions across Qunatcast's SMB, Operation's, sales and account management to deliver exceptional client satisfaction and growth through relationships, automation and scale. He was also managing director of Quantcast's international headquarters based in Dublin, Ireland. John has also been Regional Director at Facebook where he was responsible for local market sales strategies, recruiting and coordinating operations across the region. He has also led many other functions across the region including EMEA learning and development team and the global dating vertical. Prior to Facebook, John worked at Yahoo, where he took overall responsibility for the company’s inside sales operations UK, IE, NL, FR and Israel.
