Though with a crush on science and technology , she has recently fallen in love with sustainability and climate adaptation. Curiosity and enthusiasm are her middle names. Innovation and entrepreneurship have been her safe places. Biochemist with a PhD in Neuroscience, she's been working in technology, space, climate and mobility in the past decade. In the past years, she has worked as Innovation Manager at ESA Space Solutions Centre in Portugal, mainly on downstream technology transfer and satellite data applications. She was Horizon Europe delegate and national contact point for Climate, and the European Institute of Innovation and Technology. Lately, she has accepted the challenge to be in charge of the tech business development at UPTEC, the science and technology park of the University of Porto, both managing the tech startup portfolio and fostering UPTEC partnerships and positioning tech-wise. Last summer she had an amazing IVLP experience, at a Climate-oriented programe, and she dreams on changing the World and the society to save the planet, for us, for our kids.
